PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion device having superior dusting characteristics, out-gassing property, load bearing property and durability. SOLUTION: This linear motion guide device comprises a guide rail 1 having a rolling element rolling groove 10 and axially extending, a slider 2 having a rolling element rolling groove 11 opposite to the rolling element rolling groove 10, and a number of rolling elements rollably loaded in a rolling element rolling passage 14 formed by the rolling element rolling grooves 10, 11, and the slider is axially linearly movable through rolling of the rolling elements 3. At least one of an inner face of the rolling element rolling groove 10, an inner face of the rolling element rolling groove 11 and surfaces of the rolling elements 3 are provided with a lubrication film composed of hydrocarbon oil-type lubricant having vapor pressure of 1×10<SP>-5</SP>Pa or less at 20°C, a lubricant having a functional group in a molecular structure, and a lubricant including a fluorine resin by oil plating treatment.
