PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a return guide from missing as it is possible to know that the return guide is missing by confirming the existence of an outer face of an end cap. SOLUTION: A slit 5a for an under-seal attachment is provided on an lower face of the return guide 5. Hence, it is possible to notice that the return guide 5 is missing by confirming the existence of the slit 5a for the under-seal attachment from outside of the end cap 4 and thus it is possible to prevent the return guide 5 from missing.
