PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of mitigating stress concentration generated at links at the time of press-fitting and preventing the link from being scraped or deformed. SOLUTION: The power transmission chain 1 consists of a plurality of links 11, a plurality of pins 14 and a plurality of inter-pieces 15. The pin 14 and the link 11 are connected as upper and lower collar parts of the pin 14 are press-fit into upper and lower collar parts of a through hole 12. An end part of the pin 14 as a tip end side at the time of press-fitting is formed so that the upper and lower collar parts 19, 20 of the pin 14 are press-fit simultaneously.
