PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand blasting device, easily carrying out sand and adhering material deposited through polishing and cleaning work for the interior of an inclined pipe without human power and reducing the time and the labor. SOLUTION: This sand blasting device includes a polishing means 10, wherein a nozzle 14 at the tip extended from the body 12 of the sand blasting device by a hose 12a is brought into the interior of a hydraulic iron pipe 1 inclined from the upper end to the lower end to inject sand into the inner wall, thereby polishing and cleaning out adhering material such as a paint and stains. The device includes: a polishing means 10; and a collecting means 20 communicated with the lower end side of the hydraulic iron pipe 1 to collect the sand and adhering material dropping after polishing and cleaning. The collecting means 20 includes: a poly vinyl chloride pipe 22 communicated with the lower end of the hydraulic iron pipe 1 to collect the sand and the adhering material; a compressor 24 connected to the poly vinyl chloride pipe 22 at the lower end side to feed the air, thereby discharging the sand and the adhering material; and a industrial waste box 26 installed on the other end side of the poly vinyl chloride ipe 22 to collect the discharged sand and adhering material.
