<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner transport device capable of preventing noise from being, caused by periodic contact with the screw auger 74 of a sheet-like elastic member 15, without having to lower the toner breaking effect by a sheet-like elastic member 75. <P>SOLUTION: Some of pitches β of projection tips 76 of a free end 75a of the sheet-like elastic member 75 are made pitches γ different from spiral pitches α of helical blades 73 of the screw auger 74. Consequently, when the projection tips 76 of the free end 75a of the sheet-like elastic member are brought into contact with the helical blades 73 of the rotating screw auger 74, the load due to the reaction force to be given to the auger 74 is dispersed and reduced, and the screw auger 74 is deformed so as to be deflected and become eccentric, and then will no longer collides against the portion (wall surface etc.) of a toner transport path part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
