PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the site order of a WEB site information list by routine evaluation comments reflecting the popularity and reputation of a homepage by many users. SOLUTION: The optimum display system of a WEB site search result comprises: a client terminal 10 for allowing a user to browse the search condition of WEB search and the homepage of a WEB site and input the routine evaluation comment and the routine optimization condition of the WEB site information list; a WEB search engine 30 for receiving the search condition and outputting the WEB site information list of the search result in an order; and a WEB search result optimizing device 20 for attaching a degree number to the routine evaluation comment to the homepage, storing it in an evaluation comment storage data base 26, registering arranged evaluation comments for which the stored evaluation comments with the degree are arranged by the degree in an evaluation comment data base 27, referring to the evaluation comment data base 27 by a WEB search result optimization request and optimizing the site order of the WEB search site information list.
