PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving device having a configuration capable of performing recording/reproduction to/from an optical storage medium highly precisely even when a lens holder is driven with a high frequency. SOLUTION: The lens holder 3 constituting the objective lens driving device 1 includes a body part 3b formed with a through-hole 3a for arranging a focusing driving coil 15 therein, and a lens holding part 3c which is formed so as to project from the body part 3b in the direction perpendicular to the directions of focusing and tracking and holds the objective lens 2. In this objective lens driving device 1, 2nd driving magnets 14 for driving the lens holder 3 in the directions of focusing and tracking are arranged on both sides in the tracking direction of the lens holding part 3c, and the tracking driving coil 16 and the 2nd driving magnets 14 are opposed to each other in the direction perpendicular to the directions of focusing and tracking.
