PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime preventing hose filled and sealed with a crime preventing paint in an accumulation state. SOLUTION: In the hose, the crime preventing paint such as a fluorescent paint is filled and sealed inside a hollow part of a hose or the like of a ceratin set length in the accumulation state. The hose is installed and fixed to an object. When cutting or destroying the hose when a crime is performed, the crime preventing paint is spouted and splashed to the periphery by internal liquid pressure, and the paint extremely conspicuous from the outside adheres to a criminal, an escaping vehicle, a stolen article or the like. Thereby, with it as a mark, the crime preventing hose is effective in selection, specification, taking-back, a chase, a crime investigation, arrest or the like of the criminal, the escaping vehicle, the stolen article or the like.
