PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of restarting reading operation of information stored in the device even if a specific charging stand is used for charging. SOLUTION: In this information processor, when the connected charging stand is identified that it is a privileged charging stand ('a privileged charging stand' in step S31c) and when it is authenticated that a user of the device is a valid user ('valid' in step S31j), an information lock part performs setting wherein information stored in the device can be read/written (step S31d), and a storage battery is charged by power supplied from the charging stand (step S31e).
