<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter forming material for maskless exposure capable of forming a color filter which is low in cost and excellent in display properties with high sensitivity, less variation in line width due to variation in exposure power and high definition without using a photomask. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter forming material for maskless exposure has a photosensitive layer formed of a photosensitive composition containing at least a binder, a polymerizable compound, a photoinitiator and a colorant, wherein the sensitivity of the photosensitive layer is 0.1-100 mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>, in the case of exposure energy (P100) corresponding to 100% of the sensitivity in the photosensitive layer or exposure energy (P55) corresponding to 55% of the sensitivity in the photosensitive layer, the thickness of the photosensitive layer after development is 90-110% of the initial thickness of the photosensitive layer, and in the case of exposure energy (P45) corresponding to 45% of the sensitivity in the photosensitive layer, the thickness of the photosensitive layer after development is ≤10% of the initial thickness of the photosensitive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
