摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and efficiently convert wavelength even to the shift of the central wavelength caused by the change of the output of fundamental wave laser light. <P>SOLUTION: The medical laser apparatus comprises wavelength converters 13 and 15 for converting the fundamental laser light from a fiber laser 1 to visible second harmonic laser light, and guides the wavelength-converted second harmonic laser light to an affected area for the treatment. The medical laser apparatus also has an output variable means for varying the output of the fundamental laser light, wavelength conversion incidence angle variable means 14 and 16 for varying the angle of incidence of the fundamental laser light to the wavelength converters, an optical axis correcting means for correcting the displacement of the optical axis of the second harmonic laser light, and a control means 40 for controlling the operation of the wavelength conversion incidence angle variable means and the optical axis correcting means based on the change of the output of the laser light by the output variable means to make the wavelength conversion correspond to the shift of the central wavelength caused by the change of the output of the fundamental laser light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
