PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of manufacturing at low cost having both an excellent heat radiation and a shape flexibility of a radiator. SOLUTION: The heat sink includes a substrate 1 and a plurality of radiators 2. The substrate has a plurality of horizontal grooves 3 on its upper surface and the radiators are respectively fitted into the individual groove. The radiators are provided anteroposteriorly standing at intervals on the substrate. Each radiator is formed by a multiple loop parts 4 with a bent wire material aligned in horizontal direction and with the neighboring loops closely and partially overlapping each other in an anteroposterior direction. Only the part 5 fitted into the groove of the substrate are smashed from cross direction. The height H of the radiator is≥40 mm and the tong ratio is≥20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
