PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper unit which has high shutoff performance of an outside air intake port. SOLUTION: The damper unit 20 is provided with dampers 23a, 23b which open/close by switching to inside air intake ports 21a, 21b and the outside air intake ports 22a, 22b with respective opened areas smaller than those of the inside air intake ports 21a, 21b. The outside air intake ports 22a, 22b are deflectedly arranged at the adjacent side of adjacently arranged damper cases 26a, 26b.
