<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front part car body structure for an automobile, capable of transmitting a load from ahead to be dispersed in a wide range while restricting increase of weight by effectively utilizing existing members. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with an instrument panel to compose a front wall part of a cabin, an instrument panel cross member 10 extended in the car width direction to be jointed with the instrument panel, and a booster installation reinforcement 19 jointed with the instrument panel 3 to reinforce an installation part of a brake booster to the instrument panel 3. A car width direction center part of the instrument panel cross member 10 is jointed with a front end part of a floor tunnel part 12 extended along the vehicle length direction. The booster installation reinforcement 19 comprises a reinforcement body 20, and a reinforcing arm part 21 extended from the reinforcement body 20 inward of the car width direction to be jointed with the car width direction center part of the instrument panel cross member 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
