<p>A variable capacity compressor includes two compression chambers and a device for changing capacity. The compressor is connected with a fluid-storing container. The outlet of the fluid-storing container is divided into two ways. The two compression chambers are connected in series or parallel through the above said two ways and a four-way to two-way valve. The variable capacity of the compressor is controlled in two stages, one is the first stage compression chamber's discharging capacity, another is the two compression chambers's total discharging capacity. The process technics of the compressor is simplified, the mounting space is reduced, the producing cost is lowered and the control method is reliable.</p>
