The method involves inserting of a biopsy or cement cannula (30) in the trocar sheath (20) and cancellous bone (74) in the biopsy and cement cannula. Method involves removing of biopsy and cement cannula and filling of biopsy or cement cannula with bone cement (60). Inserting of biopsy and cement cannula in the trocar and inserting the bone cement in the vertebral body (70) by inserting in a stopper in the biopsy and cement cannula. The method involves inserting a trocar and a trocar sheath (20) in the vertebral body and removal of trocar.
