A steaming device in high temperature and vacuum condition and a steaming method are provided to extract good components in the herb medicine material without water by steaming the herb medicine material in the high temperature and vacuum. A steaming device in high temperature and vacuum condition is composed of heating container(10) having an outward flange part(11) formed at the edge of the upper end, a heating unit(13) mounted at the outside of the container wall, and a material container(14) separated from the container wall; a water collecting container(20) mounted at the center in the heating container; a cover(30) installed with a cooling unit(32) at the upper side; a control part(40) controlling the heating and cooling units; and a hook-type packing(50) mounted between the flange part and the lower surface of the cover. The packing has a one-way sealing function. The second shape of the packing has a recessed part, an upper end protrusion(52), and a sealing wing(53). The heating unit is a heating plate, and the cooing unit is a cooling fan or a cooling water injection nozzle(33). |
