A rotatable umbrella is provided to enable a user to safely use it by fixedly inserting a rotating member, which consists of a rotating rod and a rotating shaft bar, into hollow rods using a fixing member. The rotatable umbrella includes a frame, which is a pillar of an umbrella, consisting of an upper hollow rod(20) and a lower hollow rod(10). A rotating member(30) is inserted into an inner portion of the frame, and has a rotating portion(50) fixedly inserted into the upper hollow rod and a rotating rod(40) fixedly inserted into the lower hollow rod. The rotating portion has a rotating shaft bar(50a) formed on a lower portion thereof, and has a stepped portion. The rotating rod has a rotating shaft groove(40a) formed on an upper portion thereof. |
