PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technique on a hinge mechanism for stabilizing the opening/closing shaft of a mechanism panel and facilitating attachment and detachment further. SOLUTION: The hinge mechanism provided on the mechanism panel 28 and the plate 49 (front surface frame 12) of the front surface frame is provided on the upper part and lowest stage of the mechanism panel 28. A core shaft is turned to a spherical body for the hinge of the lower stage and the hinge composed of a push-in latch mechanism is provided on the upper part. The lower side of an axis connected to the upper hinge and the lower hinge is set to a player side. Thus, at the time of installing the mechanism panel 28 to the plate 49 (front surface frame 12), it is turned to the position of the line of the sight of an operator and is easily attached. Further, since the mechanism panel 28 is opened at all times at the time of maintenance, the work for maintenance, etc., is facilitated.
