BLOWER UNIT FOR AIR CONDITIONER

摘要

An air conditioner blower unit is provided to insert a packing of an inner/outer air mode conversion door into a curved part of a case for the door to contact the case over a large area with a minimized deformation rate, thereby improving air-tight sealing of the door and minimizing deformation of the packing. An air conditioner blower unit includes an inner/outer air mode conversion door(2) for alternatively introducing room air or atmospheric air to be blown to the air conditioner incorporating a heat exchanger. The door is provided with a packing(20) to elastically contact an inner surface of a case(1) of the air conditioner. The packing is formed of elastic materials such as rubber and has Y-shaped ribs(20a,20b) for increasing a contact area. The inner surface of the case is formed with an arc-shaped curved part(10) to insert a front end of the packing therein.
