A device for warning damage of a turbo-charger is provided to allow a worker to check damage of the turbo-charger by storing a turbo-charger damage code in a memory. A device for warning damage of a turbo-charger comprises an engine start judging unit(10), a sudden acceleration judging unit(20), a frequency judging unit(30), a warning lamp unit(40), and an error code storing unit(50). The engine start judging unit judges whether an engine RPM is bigger than the engine RPM which permits cranking and smaller than an idle engine RPM by using the signal input from an engine RPM sensor. The sudden acceleration judging unit judges whether a fuel injection amount is higher than a predetermined amount at the state where the vehicle speed is low, by using the signal input from a vehicle speed sensor and fuel injection amount information. The frequency judging unit judges whether the frequency of sudden start or sudden acceleration after start of the engine is bigger than a predetermined frequency. The warning lamp unit gives warning to a driver if the frequency of sudden start or sudden acceleration is bigger than the predetermined frequency. The error code storing unit stores error codes if the frequency of sudden start or sudden acceleration is bigger than the predetermined frequency.
