A trailing arm bush unit is provided to improve impact performance by setting rigidity of a bush rubber soft and to steadily maintain a vehicle by controlling over steer. A trailing arm bush unit comprises an outer race(111) fixed to each front end of both trailing arms; a inner race(113) forming a bush by interposing a bush rubber(115) in the outer race; a bolt(119) penetrating the inner race; an air stopper(131) formed like a circular ring shape, provided with an air injection port(107) at one side, a air chamber(135) therein, interposed between an inside surface of an outside end of a bush bracket(121) and an outside section of the bush, and combined to the bush bracket with the bush by bolt; a solenoid valve(137) connected to the air injection port of the air stopper with an air line(L) to supply and discharge pneumatic pressure according to a signal of a controller(139); and a yawing sensor(141) detecting a yawning phenomenon of a vehicle and outputting the signal to the controller.
