An active headrest structure of a vehicle seat is provided to improve comfort of a seat and an active performance by allowing a working bar interlocked with a suspension wire to move a headrest. An active headrest structure of a vehicle seat comprises a suspension wire(50) horizontally crossing a back frame(10) supporting a seat; a spring supporting the suspension wire at right and left; a rotary shaft(20) rotated by the suspension wire, vertically formed long, and rotatably installed to the back frame; a cam(30) formed with a spiral groove(32) along an outer peripheral surface, and mounted at the rotary shaft; and a horizontal bar(40) connected with a headrest supporting bar(42) installed to the back frame to vertically move, and provided with one end slides into the groove of the cam. |
