A steering column mounting apparatus of a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency by hooking a steering column on a setting hook by installing the setting hook at a cowl mounting bracket and the steering column. A steering column mounting apparatus of a vehicle comprises a first setting hook(10) having a through-hole(12), and downwardly facing at a lower unit of a cowl mounting bracket(1); a second setting hook(20) mounted at a combining member(3) of a steering column to be hooked on the first setting hook. The second setting hook includes an upper hooking piece(22), and a lower hooking piece(24) separated from the upper hooking piece with a predetermined interval. The upper hooking piece has a first projection unit(23) downwardly protruded to prevent the first setting hook from being separated.
