<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light source device in which rupture of a bulb in a light source lamp can be suppressed and in which a window member can be prevented from being broken even when the bulb is ruptured. <P>SOLUTION: This is a light-emitting tube which is provided with the bulb having a light-emitting tube and a sealing tube in which a pair of electrodes are opposedly arranged inside and a sealing tube in a casing having a light emission port closed from the outside by the window member, in which a leading bar electrically connected to the electrode is protruded from the outer end of the sealing tube, in which a light source lamp of which the airtight sealing part is formed in the sealing tube is arranged by supporting only the sealing tube on the rear side in the light emission direction, in which light from the light source lamp is projected by a reflecting mirror via the light emission port, and into which cooling wind is introduced. When the opening edge of the light emission port and the outer end edge opposed to this are brought into contact with one leading bar on the frond side in the light emission direction, a radiation fin having radial dimension which is larger than the maximum diameter of the opening edge of the light emission port is installed at a position where the leading bar and the radiation fin are in a state of not contacting with the window member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
