PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension call system capable of accurately and easily preparing an extension telephone number list generated on the basis of personnel transfer or the like and inexpensively constituting the system as to an extension call system for managing extension telephone numbers in an enterprise. SOLUTION: When a personal computer 10 in the extension call system 1 performs extension registering processing (S4), an extension number read out from an IC tag 41 attached to an extension telephone terminal 40 by an IC tag reader 18 and personal information acquired by personal authentication processing (S1) are transmitted to a telephone server 20. When conditions (S202, S203) such as the existence of registration inhibition data are satisfied, the telephone server 20 registers the personal information in the extension number of an extension DB 24. When the personal information is registered in the extension DB 24, the registration is reflected to an extension DB 35 in a web server 30, and the web server 30 prepares web extension list data with registered contents.
