PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage basket attaching device for a bicycle allowing attaching of the baggage basket in a lightly locked state, easily detachable, with excellent strength for supporting the baggage basket, and making a support and fixing pieces detachable from the bicycle when the baggage basket is not used for a long time. SOLUTION: The baggage basket attaching device comprises a fixture A fixed to the baggage basket D, the support B fitting to the fixture and supporting the baggage basket, and the fixing pieces C attaching the support to a handle bar post. The support is equipped with two support rods 10 and a support bearing part 11 at the front end. The fixture has a containing part 3 enclosing the support bearing part of the support, two fitting holes 8 and a deformable part 9 at the containing part. The fixing pieces are equipped with a shaft hole 15 fitting the handle bar post 13 and a fastening part 17 for fixing.
