The system has an output signal acceptance-prediction device for predicting the acceptance of an amplified output signal (13) based on the amplitude of an amplified input signal (11). A power supply voltage-correction signal generating device generates a power supply voltage-correction signal for correcting the power supply voltage of a voltage source section based on the predicted acceptance of the output signal. A positive feedback-control device performs a positive feedback control of the power supply voltage under holding of the correction signal. An independent claim is also included for a signal amplification method for performing the signal processing of an input signal.
