<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of an MEA (Membrane Electrode Assembly) due to high potential after power generation stop without causing complication and efficiency deterioration of a system in a polymer electrolyte fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The partial pressure of oxygen at a cathode 1c is controlled under a generation halt state where a load device 2 is separated from a fuel cell 1 and a state where fuel gas is filled in an anode 1a so that cell potential becomes target potential by adjusting amount of cathode capacity in a cathode gas path 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
