PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an excellent electrical connection with a microphone unit in a condenser microphone in which the microphone unit can be exchanged. SOLUTION: The condenser microphone has the microphone unit 10 oppositely arranging a diaphragm and a fixed electrode 13b through a spacer, and having an electrostatic type converter 13 with an electrode extracting rod 17 electrically connected to the fixed electrode 13b; and a power module section 20 containing an impedance converter 23 electrically connected to the electrode extracting rod 17 through a conductive contacting means. In the conderser microphone, the microphone unit 10 is connected detachably to the power module 20 through a specified connecting means. In such a capacitor microphone, a conductive elastic material 31 brought into contact with the end face of the electrode extracting rod 17 elastically at multipoints in a surface shape is used as the conductive contacting means.
