PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure for a concentration device which enables reliable connection of two or more sample containers with the tube for evacuation and reliable cleaning of parts owing to ease of disassembly and assembly of parts, allows individual attachment/detachment and opening/closing of the containers and being prevented from being contaminated. SOLUTION: The coupling structure consists of a glass-made cylindrical stopper 22 inserted into the inner periphery of the mouth 20 of a container, a cylindrical cap 23 for fixing the stopper 22 to the mouth 20 of the container by screwing the stopper 22 in a male screw part 20a, a glass-made connection tube 24 connecting the stopper 22 with the tube 18, a cylindrical female screw member 25 for fixing the lower part of the connection tube 24 to the upper part of the stopper 22, a fixing member consisting of a male screw member 26 and a tight coil spring 27 serving as a fastener, a cushion material 28 mounted between the cap 23 and the mouth 20 of the container and a C-shaped clip 29 mounted on the upper part of the cap 23.
