PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent open circuits of cables, to inhibit noise mix-ups, and to increase the workability efficiency of wiring by properly arranging the placements of each of a relay board, a main control board and an inlet hole of cables for exterior communication within the case. SOLUTION: A hopper device 44 is placed on the base 1c in the case 1 by keeping the space of a prescribed height interposed between the upper end of the hopper device and the lower end of the reel device 41, and at the same time the electric power unit 43 is positioned between the hopper device and the left sidewall 1d of the case. A relay board 42 for connecting mutually with a cable a "Sand" (machine between the stands) adjoining to the left-hand side, the main control board 40 and the connector of a playing media lending operation section is attached on the inside wall of the left sidewall of the case facing toward the inner space. The inlet hole 50 to bring in the cable connecting between the sand and the relay board and the cable connector is positioned on the back surface of the case around where the relay board is placed and at the position lower than the relay board and higher than the electric power unit.
