PYK2 CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND USES

A crystal structure of PYK2 is described that was determined by X-ray crystallography. The use of PYK2 crystals and structural information can, for example, be used for identifying molecular scaffolds and for developing ligands that bind to and modulate PYK2.
