<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system and a photographing method capable of automatically photographing moving pictures for a specific user and providing photographed video data to the user. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing system is provided with at least: photographing means 50, 51 and 52 each photographing the inside of a previously determined photographing area by a plurality of cameras; a specific information acquisition means 31 for acquiring the specific information of a photographing object; a timing detection means 70 for detecting at least the photographing start timing and photographing end timing of the photographing object by the photographing means 50, 51 and 52; and a recording means 40 for recording video data photographed by the photographing means 50, 51 and 52.
