PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a dispensing device which allows the dispensing device such as a valve to be cleaned thoroughly when the contents of the container is replaced. SOLUTION: The container with the dispensing device consists of the container 1 in which the contents are stored, and the dispensing device 5 which is attached to the container 1 via an extraction tube 3 to extract the contents from the container. An attachment/detachment device 20 is disposed on the extraction tube between the dispensing device and the container so that the dispensing device is attached to or detached from the container freely. This allows the dispensing device to be removed easily from the container using the attachment/detachment device. As a result, the dispensing device is detached from the container upon cleaning the container so that the container and the dispensing device can be cleaned separately. Specifically, the dispensing device is kept soaked in a cleaning solution, etc., for cleaning or put into a washing machine to completely wash down residual contents remaining in the dispensing device to surely avoid contamination.
