PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microanalyzing chip improved so as to efficiently perform the mixture or reaction of at least two kinds of liquids. SOLUTION: The microanalyzing chip is constituted so that the liquids injected from at least two injection holes 110 and 111 are mixed, stirred and reacted to be analyzed and discharged from at least one discharge hole 112. Two injection side flow channels 120 and 121 each keep one end connected to each of the two injection holes 110 and 111 and the other ends of them meet with each other. A discharge side flow channel 122 is extended from the confluent part of two injection side flow channels 120 and 121 to be connected to the discharge hole 112. A mixing part 130 is provided on the meeting flow channel of two injection side flow channels 120 and 121.
