PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko slot machine capable of being changed to a CR coping type without substantially altering the structure of a cash coping type. SOLUTION: By using a liquid crystal display device 5 and its operation switch provided on the pachinko slot machine, a lending operation for game media (token) and a returning operation for a recording medium (card) for a game are performed. By pressing a selection switch 9a, a control menu image is displayed on the liquid crystal display device 5 (Fig. 4(b)). In the case of lending the game media, the lending item 93 of game tokens is selected by pressing the selection switch 9a (Fig. 4(c)), and it is decided by pressing an establishment switch 9b. On the basis of the operation switch operation, token lending information is communicated among a main board CPU, a sub board CPU and a CR unit, the tokens are put out and the value residual number of the card is subtracted.
