[PROBLEMS] To provide a flexible and adhesive attaching device not requiring significant fastening force, and more particularly, an attaching device in which not only a pouch but also a soft plastic bag such as a plastic bag given at a cash register at a supermarket can be utilized as a receiving bag. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The device for attaching a receiving bag to a stoma has a flange (1) made of soft rubber and having a central opening (6) for stoma, a coupling member (2) for attaching a short circular tube-like pouch (8) made of hard resin, the coupling member being provided at a position surrounding the opening in the upper surface of the flange, a pressing ring (3) for pressing the flange against a stoma part on the surface of a body, a belt (4) coupled with the pressing ring and wound around the body, a pressing ring holding portion (5) as a short circular tube-like ridge made of hard resin, surrounding, on the flange, the opening, and having in the top a groove (51) for grasping the pressing ring. At those portions of the groove to which the belt of the pressing ring is in contact, the groove has no outer groove walls and the inner walls are positioned inward of the circular tube by the thickness of the belt. The base of the ridge is integrally embedded in a predetermined position of the flange.
