PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with by a frame of identical shape regardless of whether a housing with a small number of poles are used. SOLUTION: A plurality of housing chambers 13 are provided which can house sub-housings 20 in a frame 10. Apart from the sub-housings 20, a small housing 30 with a small number of poles and an auxiliary housing 40 are provided. The both housings 30, 40 are combined integrally through engagement of a dovetail groove 33 and a dovetail 43, and a combined housing 50 is formed, and this combined housing 50 has a common outline shape with the sub-housing 20. The sub-housing 20 and the combined housing 50 can be selectively housed in an identical housing chamber 13 in the frame 10. A single frame 10 is sufficient for all housings regardless of whether or not the small housing 30 for a specific circuit or the like is used, therefore it can cope with at low cost and can be used without waste in terms of the number of poles.
