PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fine composite particle in which a trace constituent is dispersed uniformly in a metal oxide. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fine composite particle in which the trace constituent is dispersed uniformly comprises a process of adding a solution of the trace constituent to a slurry or a liquid containing one or more kinds of inorganic metallic compounds, and a process of contacting a pulse combustion gas to the obtained mixed liquid or mixed slurry to dry.
