摘要 An aging method for a catalyzed diesel particulate filter system is provided to reduce development cost and time for new vehicles, by performing an aging test within a short time period through the post-injection of fuel according to a regeneration logic of a filter. An aging method for a catalyzed particulate filter system(14), comprises a step of accumulating a corresponding amount of particulate matter when regeneration of a filter is required during travel of an actual vehicle, in a catalyzed particulate filter(18), regenerating the catalyzed particulate filter through the post-injection of fuel according to a preset regeneration logic, and detecting the temperature variation of exhaust gas and the density variation of oxygen, hydrocarbon, and carbon monoxide contained in the exhaust gas; a step of putting the variation of temperature distribution, oxygen density and gas density of the exhaust gas into digital data form, and setting the data as a reference mode for the filter regeneration in the catalyzed particulate filter system; a step of performing an aging test for a diesel oxidation catalyst(16) by mounting only the diesel oxidation catalyst in an aging test apparatus and controlling the injection timing and injection amount so that the injection timing and amount follow the same regeneration logic of the filter as the regeneration condition set for an actual travel; and a step of performing an aging test for the catalyzed particulate filter by mounting only a catalyzed particulate filter in the aging test apparatus and controlling the injection timing and amount so that the injection timing and amount follow the same regeneration logic as the regeneration condition set for an actual travel.
