A method for automatically changing a wall paper in a mobile communication terminal is provided to make the wall paper automatically changed according to weather change information, thereby preventing a user from having a bellyful of a fixed wall paper, and enabling the user to properly cope with weather by immediately grasping a weather change state through the wall paper. A mobile communication service provider receives weather change information and information about an area, where the weather change has generated, from a weather information providing server and stores the information(S12,S14). The mobile communication service provider extracts a list of mobile communication terminals located in the area included the area information(S16). The mobile communication service provider transmits the weather change information to the mobile communication terminals included in the extracted list(S18). The mobile communication service provider reads and displays a wall paper corresponding to the changed weather if a predetermined wall paper output event is generated after storing the transmitted weather change information(S24,S26).
