<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service optimum for needs of each passenger, provide a service close to the needs of the passenger even when changing the service, and facilitate changing the service while reducing influence of the change. <P>SOLUTION: An input apparatus 15 is prepared in front of a seat to read identification information from a non-contact IC card of a user's cell phone terminal. The identification information is transmitted to an identification server 1 for identification. A content server 4 holds a schedule (activity schedule) of a content which a user wants to receive in a mobile device. When the identification succeeds, the activity schedule is transferred to a content server 11 in the mobile device. An information terminal 14 transmits a control signal for providing the content to a controller 19 based on the activity schedule.
