PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending resistant cable with a structure in which bending resistance of a spiral covered shield that shields a twisted pair wires is enhanced. SOLUTION: In the bending resistant cable, in which twisted pair wires 6 are covered with a spiral covered shield 3, an interposition material 4 is put together with the twisted pair wires 6, or the twisted pair wires 6 are covered with the sheath 8, and by this, it is structured so that the cross-sectional structure including the twisted pair wires 6, the interposition material 7, or the sheath 8 all put together are made to become a circular form, on which the spiral covered shield 3 is covered.
