PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent elastic deformation of a contact member by regulating relative displacement in a radial direction between terminal fittings. SOLUTION: A female terminal fitting 10 of the connector is in a form that a cylindrical contact member 20 having a plurality of curved elastic contact pieces 22 is housed in a connection hole 13 formed at a terminal main body 11, and a male terminal fitting 40 is conductively connected to the contact member 20 while elastically deforming the elastic contact pieces 22 by being fitted into the connection hole 11. At a site different from the contact member 20, since the inner periphery of regulation parts 14F, 14R and the outer periphery of the male terminal fitting 40 installed at the connection hole 13 are contacted, relative displacement of the contact member 20 caused by the relative displacement in the radial direction of both terminal fittings 10, 40 is regulated. By this, the elastic deformation of the contact member caused by the relative displacement of the both terminal fittings 10, 40 in the radial direction is prevented, and a slight sliding wear between the terminal main body 11 and the contact member 20 is prevented.
