PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fresnel lens sheet capable of ensuring required view field angle characteristics and preventing degradation in resolution while obtaining the improved effect of scintillation, and to provide a transmission screen using the Fresnel lens sheet. SOLUTION: The Fresnel lens sheet includes, in order from the light incident side, a Fresnel lens section 1, a diffusion section 2 and a base material section 3. In the transmission screen using the Fresnel lens sheet as an incident-side sheet, a lenticular lens sheet 4 having a diffusion section is superposed on the emission-side face of the base material section.
