PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay capable of improving detection sensitivity greatly and further reducing the reaction time of an antigen/antibody reaction. SOLUTION: The immunity measurement method using a reaction vessel, and a solid phase in which an antibody or an antigen is immobilized, includes a process for performing an antigen/antibody reaction under conditions, where the lower and upper portions of the reaction vessel are heated and cooled, respectively. The solid phase and the reaction vessel are preferably microplates. The heating temperature of the lower portion of the reaction vessel is preferably≥25°C and≤55°C, and the cooling temperature of the upper portion of the reaction vessel is preferably lower than the heating temperature of the lower portion, is≥0°C, and is≤25°C.
