PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, wherein when a primary coil has one turn, a minute current inμA order cannot be measured, or when a high-voltage apparatus is mounted directly on a casing, a leakage current is shunted into two routes via an A-type grounding conductor and the casing, to thereby generate an extremely gross error, in leakage current measurement of the high-voltage apparatus by a clamp meter. SOLUTION: Sensitivity of the clamp meter is greatly improved by using a primary coil having 10-1,000 turns. The high-voltage apparatus is mounted on the casing in the insulated state, to thereby solve the problem of the error. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
