An improved manufacturing of innerspring unit (100) for a mattress that comprises of rows and columns of coil springs (110) connected to each other with a helical wire (120). An independent suspension namely pocket spring (170) is being installed at the center portion of the innerspring to provide additional suspension support to the heaviest part of the body namely the hip portion while in sleeping position.
