A driving gear of skyscraper fire suppression and life rescue elevator is provided to be lifted horizontally and vertically in a prompt and safe manner to rescue people in case of emergency. On one end and the other end of two wires(400,401), detachable wire pulley devices are installed. On an elevator(500) corresponding to the detachable pulley device, a coupling shaft(510) having a screw coupling portion is installed. On the upper end or side of the coupling shaft, a guide pulley is further installed. The wires(400,401) are coupled to and wound on the detachable wire pulley device(600) and the guide pulley(510) that are coupled with one end and the other end of the elevator(500). When one of the wires are pulled from an upper direction, the elevator(500) is safely lifted vertically.
